However, I’m getting some stringing which is affecting the first layer. I tried adjust the extruded temperature within a range of 220-245 but no visible improvements. Given the bed normally takes longer to come up to temperature, this means your hot end is normally correct by then. So if you don't have a heated bed, the printer just takes off with a cold nozzle.
